Our very large sliding doors from Shard are fabulous. When we opened them for the first time after a long wet winter, there was a small problem. One call to Chabane and Pawel was here within a couple of hours and rectified what was a really simple problem. I now know what to do if it happens again, but I'm sure it won't. We used Shard just as we were coming out of Covid and despite all the issues people were experiencing Chabane and his team kept to schedule, were always to hand to answer any questions and worked to resolve an issue which was entirely my fault, without question or additional charges. Chabane and the fitters were amazing from the first contact, during the fitting and even after. We had 3 sets of corvision sliding doors purchased and installed and a 3 panel Cortizo bi fold door installed in our garden office.
